Debbi Sullivan founded Fencing By Excellence in 2010 with a simple idea: fence installation shouldn't involve guesswork or a runaround. Sixteen years later, she still owns and runs the company — the person whose name is on the business is the same person answering your call.

We don't do roofs. We don't do siding. We aren't a national chain. Fences are the only thing we build, and that focus is the point. A seven-person crew that installs fences every day — and nothing else — knows the materials, the footings, and the local codes better than any generalist juggling five trades at once.

We're based in Middletown and serve all of Monmouth County. From the bayshore communities of Atlantic Highlands and Keyport to the inland suburbs of Marlboro and Howell, we know the zoning rules, the soil, and the salt-air and freeze-thaw conditions that decide how long a fence actually lasts here.
