Complete Gate Installation & Repair Services

A gate provides access to a property to guests and owners and limits access to outsiders. An automatic security gate is necessary in various settings, including malls and residential neighborhoods, and is typically placed at the road leading up to a property. Industrial-grade gates are typically installed in parking lots, where access must be regulated and limited only to authorized vehicles. We install both ornamental and industrial-strength security gates at various premises, including factories and warehouses. Security gates are utilized in a wide range of industries, ranging from manufacturing to agriculture.

Businesses in a variety of industries require the installation of commercial gates with customized features that meet their unique needs. Our technicians can assist you to determine which gate will be suitable for your company, given the industry and nature of your business. In addition, we offer repair services for damaged commercial security gates and residential gates.

Please Note: We do not install or work with electric gates! For those we'd recommend you find a company that specializes in the installation and maintenance of powered gates and fences.

Single Gates

These are the most commonly used gates in residential areas. A single residential gate is an ideal choice for homeowners who are looking to install a security gate that will meet their basic requirements at a low cost. The weight is heavily distributed to one side, so it's important to make the post and hinges strong enough to withstand the wear and tear of everyday use.

Double Gates

The double gate is an ideal choice for a wide driveway because the swing distance is cut in half behind the gate. The double swing gate provides a more elegant look by opening from the center, but this will cost more if you choose to have them installed with two automatic operators for both sections.

Driveway Gates

Slide Gates

The slide or rolling gate is a common gate used for security. When it is opened, the gate moves sideways, and aligns to a recess that is typically set into the ground. It can be a manual, automatic or a combination of both. The movement is achieved by wheels attached to the bottom of the gate. A slide gate is often used in business entrances and parking garages because it allows for a good amount of clearance for vehicles to pass through.

Swing Gates

A swing gate opens like a door would, by swinging on hinges. Swing gates are commonly found in residential neighborhoods because of the ease of use. These fences are installed when aesthetics are a priority, and can be used for both commercial and residential applications where they provide a more decorative option.

Vertical Lift Gates

A vertical lift gate is opened by moving the gate upward instead of to the side. Automatic lift gates are ideal for areas where there is limited side space. Height sensors raise the gate over the height of authorized vehicles, allowing them to pass through without having to stop or open the gate manually. We install both ornamental and industrial-strength security gates at various premises, including factories and warehouses.

Vertical Pivot Gates

This type of gate is an option for security and fire facilities. This gate opens up by tilting up at one corner and swinging up at 90 degrees to allow access. This design is best suited to industrial settings.

Bi-Folding Gates

The bi-folding gate connects a two door gate in the middle, with hinges on both gates. This gate is open when both sides are folded together to open up the entire width of the gate, allowing for quick exit or entry.

  • How long should a gate motor last?

A good system that was designed correctly should fulfill a reasonable 15 to 20 years with routine servicing and adequate maintenance.

  • How do you maintain a gate?

    1. Clean Them. A simple yet effective form of maintenance, be sure to give your gate a proper clean once every year, while performing minor cleaning here and there when necessary.

    2. Lubricate Frequently. Be sure to lubricate the chain, pulley, wheels, hinges, screws and any other important parts. Be mindful of swing and slide gates – many have internal chains that require lubrication too!

    3. Lookout for Pests. An often-overlooked part of automatic gate maintenance is pests such as insects, rodents and reptiles. While seemingly harmless, they can cause all manner of destruction in the electrical components of the gate.

  • How do I know if my gate motor battery is bad?

If there is a power outage or problem with the charger, the battery will start to run down. When the voltage falls below 10.5V you will need to replace the battery.
